Delete your data

ApnaTrees is made by Stenark Solutions Private Limited, India. This page explains how to delete your data. You can read how we handle it in our Privacy Policy.

What is deleted

When you delete your online data, we permanently remove from our server:

• your online invitations (event name, date, place, message and schedule)
• the guest names and the replies guests sent
• the invitation card pictures
• your account details: the email address and name from Google or Apple sign-in, and your anonymous device ID's link to the account

This cannot be undone. Invitation links you already sent stop working.

Your family data

Your family tree, people, contacts, notes, circles and backups are stored only on your phone. We never receive them, so there is nothing to delete on our side. To remove them, uninstall the app, or open the app's settings and choose Erase everything.

Delete online data in the app

1. Open ApnaTrees and go to Settings.
2. Under Your data, tap Delete my online data.
3. Confirm. If you are signed in, this also covers your other phones signed in to the same account.

No longer have the app?

Email support@stenark.com from the address you signed in with, and say you want your online data deleted. If you never signed in, include your device ID (shown in the app) if you have it. We will reply within 30 days.
